By accessing or using Southern Grace Kitchen's website, mobile application, or any services provided by Southern Grace Kitchen (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

This limitation of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
